The Notifier is a fairly small program. It can be used to create an attractive window that will appear from behind the taskbar with your notes and reminders. You can set the intervals between the appearances of the reminder window from 30 seconds to 3 minutes. If you want to stop the Notifier, so you can take your time reading your notes, hold the cursor over the Notifier window and it will remain visible.
